  • Ok for beginners!

Good book for beginners! But not so useful for those who are already familiar with iOS!
  • Worth the money

This guide for the new iPad is extremely helpful and well worth the minimal cost. I've had Apple computers before but not the iPad, so there were lots of little things I wasn't sure how to do. The guide is full of tips and shortcuts. I like learning all the quick steps to making the iPad do just what I want it to. This guide will get you around the iPad in the fastest way possible. Save time and have fun learning how,

    Not a good purchase
  • Good Beginner's Guide

This book had some good tips for anyone not familiar with iOS (are there still people in that category??).
  • Not bad

Not bad for a beginner to the iPad. Gives you the basics.
  • lame

I wanted a basic operation book for my new iPad. But even as a never-used-one-before user, I knew nearly all the information contained in this book. Save your money, spend ten minutes surfing around your new iPad and you will be as familiar with it and how it operates as you would have been spending three times as much time reading this lame book and still be two bucks richer.
  • Thorough!

I am new to the iPad, and was amazed by all the things tha I knew it could do, but wasn't aware how to do them. I have used macs forever, as well as iPods. Many things were still pretty intuitive, but I downloaded this book right away and got a very detailed explanation on a lot of things. I feel much more confident moving forward. For me, well worth the $. Thanks a lot!

Very well written. There was a lot of material that I did not know About in this little book.
